I remember when California had 55 mile an hour speed limits state wide and I had forgotten just how slow that really is. What I didn’t know was that there are still well travelled highways in the U.S. with a maximum posted speed limit of 55mph. The two inside lanes should not have any speed limit at all,and the others should have different ranging speed limits.We could learn a lot from our European neighbors.
