Rethinking Our New TV
My younger son Jack is close to 19 months old and decided to grow up overnight. It all began last week when he figured out how to climb out of his crib. Now his near-overnight transformation is complete. He has begun relieving himself in the toilet, expanding his vocabulary exponentially, and sleeping in a toddler bed.
Jack likes to get out of bed just a bit earlier than the rest of the family. It’s not so early that it’s worth fighting over, but it’s a bit earlier then Amy and I would like to get up in the morning. So, to allow Jack to get up early while we stay in bed for a few precious extra minutes, we bought a TV for our bedroom.
And of course, wouldn’t you know it, the next day I stumble across this little jewel:
